A new judge T. Narayanaswamy has been appointed for the Belagavi bench of Karnataka Administrative Tribunal and KAT will start functioning again. With the judge post vacant the KAT had stopped functioning soon after its establishment in Belagavi few months ago. Narayanaswamy will assume responsibility on June 24, it is said.
