Pragativahini News, Belagavi : Though moon was not seen in any part of the nation on Saturday, the Anjuman-E-Islam and Chand Committee has announced of celebrating Ramjan Eid in the district on Monday.
A decision was taken in the Chand Committee and Anjuman-E-Islam meeting held here on Saturday in which Malvis of many masjids attended. The meeting contacted many jamats in the nation and got confirmed about appearing of moon. However, the moon was not seen anywhere it was decided to celebrate on Monday.
Anjuman-E-Islam Committee chairman Asif (Raju) Sait appealed community people to offer Namaz at their homes and consult the heads of their jamat malvis about the method of the festival prayer.
