Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the scathing attack on the minimum income guarantee scheme promised by the Congress party in its election manifesto, by calling it as a scheme that would lead to the inflation in the country.
Addressing a rally at Orissa, PM alleged that Congress speaks about poverty only during the election time. After that they eradicate the poverty of Congress leaders and poor people continue to remain under poverty.
Referring to the Congress party’s minimum income guarantee scheme in which Congress has promised Rs. 6000 per month to the poor families Modi said that Congress is not interested in the development of the country but it treats the poor as its vote bank.
