On the direction of Election Commission of India three polling booths in Sunadholi village in Arabhavi assembly constituency have been shifted according to the statement issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Belagavi
The details are as bellow.
Booth No: 168
The polling booth in the south side of the eastern room in the government higher primary school (new RCC building) in Sunadholi has been shifted to the room number 1 of ground floor of primary and higher primary Jadisiddeshwara Vidhyavardhak Samshte in Sunadholi.
Booth No. 169
The polling booth in the south side of the western room in the government higher primary school (new RCC building) in Sunadholi has been shifted to the room number 3 of ground floor of primary and higher primary Jadisiddeshwara Vidhyavardhak Sanmshte in Sunadholi.
Booth No. 169
The polling booth in government girl’s Kannada higher primary school in Western side, Sunadholi cross, Sunadhloi, has been shifted to the room number 5 of ground floor of primary and higher primary Jadisiddeshwara Vidhyavardhak Sanmshte in Sunadholi.
The villagers had demanded the shifting of the polling booth owing to the jatra festival in their village. They had warned that they would boycott the elections if the election commission failed to shift these booths.
