ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲ ಅಗೆಯಲು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮುಸುಕುಧಾರಿಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡದೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಎನ್‌ಐಎ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್‌.ಅಶೋಕ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ ಮ್ಯಾನ್‌ ಹುಚ್ಚ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಬದಲು, ಮೊದಲೇ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈವರೆಗೆ ಆತನ ಮಂಪರು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈವರೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಖರ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಿಟಾಚಿ, ಜೆಸಿಬಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತವಾದ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮುಸುಕುಧಾರಿ ಯಾರೆಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡದೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬೇಕು. ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯಾರ ಒತ್ತಡದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಫಂಡಿಂಗ್‌ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಅನುಮಾನವಿದ್ದು, ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಎನ್‌ಐಎಗೆ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಅಸ್ತಿಪಂಜರ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದಾಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಣವ್‌ ಮೊಹಂತಿ ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇರುವ ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ಯಾವುದು? ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಸುತ್ತ ಇರುವ ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ಯಾವುದು? ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡಿದವರು ಯಾರು? ಈ ರೀತಿ ನೆಲ ಅಗೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಣ ಬಳಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಅಗೆದು ಇಲಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹುಲಿ ಬಂತು ಎಂದು ಹೆದರಿಸಿ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಇಲಿಯೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.
ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ ಮ್ಯಾನ್‌ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಆತನ ಹೆಸರು ಚಿನ್ನಯ್ಯ, ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮತಾಂತರವಾದವನು ಎಂದು ಜನರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮೇಕಪ್‌ ಮಾಡಿ, ಬಿರಿಯಾನಿ ತಿನ್ನಿಸಿ, ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಭದ್ರತೆ ನೀಡಿ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆತ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಎಂಜಾಯ್‌ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆತ ಹೇಳಿದ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನೆಲ ಅಗೆದರು. ನಂತರ ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಡ್ರೋಣ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರು. 20 ಅಡಿ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಹೆಣ ಹೂಳುತ್ತಾರಾ? ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಷ್ಟೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಆರಡಿ ಅಗೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದರೂ ಅದು ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಇಷ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಚಂದಾಮಾಮ ಕಥೆ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು. ಈತ ಹೆಣವನ್ನು ಹೆಗಲ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದರೆ ನಂಬಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ಅಗೆದಿರುವುದನ್ನೇ ಕೃಷಿ ಹೊಂಡ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಏನೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ
ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಅಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲ ಅಗೆದರೂ ಏನೂ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದವನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮೊದಲು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಯಾರು? ಆತನ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಏನು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ನಷ್ಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದ ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗೆ ಅಪಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಿರುಪತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಳುಗಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಶಬರಿಮಲೆ, ಶನಿಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದರು.
ಹಿಂದೂ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳು ಸರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮುಗಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪಾವಿತ್ರ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುವ ಅನೇಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಸುಕುಧಾರಿಯ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಸುಜಾತ ಭಟ್‌ ಎಂಬುವರು ಈಗ ಬಂದು ಮಗಳು ಅನನ್ಯ ಕಿಡ್ನಾಪ್‌ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುವರ್ಣ ಚಾನಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅವರ ಮನೆಯವರು ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಆಕೆಯ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್‌ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನವನ್ನು ಯಾರು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
