Bail to Kashmiri Students, Police Inspector Suspended

Pragativahini News, Hubballi : The government on Friday suspended Hubballi Rural Police Station Inspector Jackson D’souza in connection to bail to three Kashmiri students case. 
Northern Range IGP Raghavendra Suhas whi suspended the officer stated the jailed students shouted slogans in favour of Pakistan got bail from the court because police did not framed the Charge Sheet in 90 days,  it was because of the negligence of Station Inspector D’sousa.
Three Kashmiri engineering students from a reputed engineering college at Hubballi who shouted slogans in favour of Pakistan got bail to get released from the court on Thursday.
Three students video recorded their shouting and circulated in one of their WhatsApp group and were arrested and jailed when it made viral in other groups,  early this year.
The JMFC Court-2 at Hubballi granted bail as police delayed to fire the Charge Sheet in prescribed time. Instead framing the Charge Sheet within 90 days of taking the accused into custody,  the Hubballi Grameen Police filed on 109th day which was one of the reasons court to grant the bail.
The Hubballi Youth Advocates’ Association president Ashok Anvekar described the students as anti-national and alleged police saying they intentionally delayed to frame the Chare Sheet so they could get the bail.
