Pragativahini News, Bengaluru : Corona Virus targeting one or the other district everyday in the state, after Kalaburagi, Belagavi, Bengaluru, it now hitting Davanagere as after grabbing 21 on Sunday it has clutched 22 people on Monday.
Commercial town Davanagere situated in the middle of the state has become the hotspot of the virus with infecting such a huge number of people just in two days.
While one each died at Kalaburagi and Bidar in Monday. It was the first death in Bidar where a 48-year-old woman died at the COVID-19 ward at the government hospital. Bidar has 7 positives.
A police constable attached to Boguru police station in Bengaluru assigned at Hongasandra became positive to the virus. With 37 positives, the toll reached to 651 in the state.
