IMER Foundation Day Celebration on 16th
Pragativahini News, Belagavi – The Institute of Management Education and Research, Belagavi was established on 16th September 1991, on the birth day of Late Raosaheb Gogte, Patron of Karnatak Law Society, Belagavi to impart quality education and conduct research & consultancy in the field of Management.
KLS IMER has created a niche in this part of the state and is one of the most sought after Institutions by the aspiring manager’s / business leaders/ entrepreneurs. The institute offers two-year full time MBA programme recognized by AICTE and affiliated to Rani Channama University, Belagavi with an annual intake of 120 students.
The 29th Foundation Day Ceremony of the Institute will be celebrated on Monday the 16th September 2019 at 4:30 pm at KLS IMER. This event is one of the flagship events of our Institute, which is witnessed by eminent personalities across the industry, academia and students during which we identify a successful local entrepreneur and felicitate him/her in order to foster entrepreneurship in the region.
The foundation day is celebrated on the birth anniversary of late Raosaheb B.M. Gogte, Patron of Karnatak Law Society commemorating his contributions to education sector in general and Karnatak Law Society in particular. The program will be preceded by “Hindustani Music Concert” by Pandit Suhas Vyas Pune, at 6 pm on Sunday the 15th of September 2019.
M.R.Kulkarni, Chairman, Karnatak Law Society, will be the president of the function. Mr. Niket Karajagi, Founder Director of Atyaasaa Consulting Private Limited, Pune will be the Chief guest and Gogte family will be the Guests of Honor.

The Institute has been accredited by NAAC with grade “A” (CGPA of 3.24), IMER has the advantage of having tie-up with World Class Institutions like: IIT Madras; EDI Ahmedabad; CII – IL, Chennai; and TiE Hubli. With well qualified staff the Institute has excellent placement record of 90% in 2017 and 92% in 2018 respectively with students getting placed in reputed companies.
