ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರದ ಎಸ್.ನಿಜಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ‘ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ಇ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆ’ಯ ನಾಮಕರಣ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಇದೇ ರವಿವಾರ 10 ಮೇ 2026 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 4 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಜರುಗಲಿದೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹೊಸ ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಇಂಧನ, ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ, ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಿತರಣಾ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ ಜೋಶಿಯವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೌರವ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಉಪಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ರುದ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಎಂ. ಲಮಾಣಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಕಾಹೆರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಕೆಎಲ್ಇಟೆಕ್ ವಿವಿ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ.ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಕೋರೆ, ಮುಂಬಯಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕಿ ಅರುಣಾರಾಜೆ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಆಗಮಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಹಾಂತೇಶ ಕೌಜಲಗಿಯವರು ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಅಮೀತ ಕೋರೆ, ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ.ಎಫ್.ಪಾಟೀಲ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರುವರು. 11 ಮೇ 2026 ರಂದು ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಈ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು 10 ಮೇ, 2026 ರಂದು ಮರುನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಶಾಲೆ, ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರ – ಕಿರು ಪರಿಚಯ
110 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರದ ಕೆಎಲ್ಇ ಆಂಗ್ಲಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯೂ ಒಂದು. ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯು 2002ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ಇ ಪಠ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 1,150ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, 90 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಾಲೆಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ-ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವನಿ-ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು, ಸಂವಹನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ಗಳು, ಯೋಜನಾ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತರಗತಿಗಳ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಹನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ (ICT), ರೋಬೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ(AI)ಗಳನ್ನು ಬೋಧನೆ-ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕೌಶಲಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಯೋಗಾಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟಗಳು, ಚರ್ಚಾಸಭೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು, ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳು, ಶಿಬಿರಗಳು, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಹೌಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲಬ್ಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದೆ. ದೈಹಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎನ್ಸಿಸಿ (NCC) ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳ ಬ್ಯೂರೋ (BIS) ಘಟಕಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ 100% ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ. ವಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟçಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆಗೈದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕೆ.ಎಫ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
Naming Ceremony of KLE School at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru on May 10
The naming ceremony of the “KLE Society’s CBSE English Medium School” located in the S. Nijalingappa College campus at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, will be held on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Pralhad Joshi, will attend the event as the chief guest. Guests of honour include Deputy Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly Rudrappa M. Lamani, Chancellor of KLE KAHER Belagavi and KLE Tech University Hubballi Prabhakar Kore, and Mumbai-based film producer Aruna Raje Patil.
The programme will be presided over by KLE Society President Mahantesh Koujalagi. Executive Chairman of KLE Society Amit Kore and members of the K.F. Patil Charitable Trust will also be present on the occasion.
The release further stated that the programme, which was earlier scheduled for May 11, 2026, has now been rescheduled to May 10, 2026.
KLE School, Rajajinagar – A Brief Introduction
KLE Society, with a glorious legacy of over 110 years, has established several educational institutions in the state capital, Bengaluru. One among them is the KLE English Medium School at Rajajinagar. The school was established in 2002 and follows the CBSE curriculum.
At present, the school has more than 1,150 students, with around 90 teaching and non-teaching staff members serving the institution.
The school follows a student-centric and holistic education system and has adopted modern teaching methodologies. Equipped with international-standard facilities, the institution uses audio-visual learning tools, interactive smart classrooms, project-based learning and practical teaching methods to make classroom experiences engaging and meaningful.

The school is now being named after K.F. Patil.
