ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಲಾಲ್‌ಬಾಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 2 ರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಭೀತಿಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ಮನೆ ಹೋಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಲಾಲ್‌ಬಾಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಕಬಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೂ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಹಾರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು. ಲಾಲ್‌ಬಾಗ್‌ ಉಳಿಸಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಡಿ ಇದೇ ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 2 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಲಾಲ್‌ಬಾಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಾಸಕರು ಸಭೆ ಸೇರಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ದುರಸ್ತಿಗೆ 8,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಡಾಂಬರೀಕರಣ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಒಮ್ಮೊಮ್ಮೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ಅನುದಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಂತೂ ಇವರ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಂಸದ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವಹೇಳನ ಮಾಡುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು. ಇದು ಒಂದು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಪಮಾನ. ಸಿಎಂ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಗೌರವ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಮಾತಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲಿ ಎಂದರು.
ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ
ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳುವ ಬದಲು, ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ರಚಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಮೊದಲೇ ತಡೆಯಬಹುದಿತ್ತು ಎಂದರು.
ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ, ಖಾತಾಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಒಸಿ, ಸಿಸಿಗೆ ಕಮಿಶನ್‌ ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾರೂ ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು 4-5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಗೆ ಏರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವೆಂದರೆ ಕಲೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ ಸೆಂಟರ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಯನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ಆನೆಯಿಂದ ಸತ್ತಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ವಯನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಥಳ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಜೋಗ, ಹಂಪಿ, ಕೊಡಗು, ಗೋಕರ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಳ ವಯನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ರಾಹುಲ್‌ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರ ಫ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್‌ ನೋಡಲು ಜನರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಮೈಸೂರು ಅರಮನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ವಯನಾಡಿನ ರಾಹುಲ್‌ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅರಮನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
Protest on November 2 to Save Lalbagh: Opposition Leader R. Ashok
Opposition Leader R. Ashok announced that a protest will be held in Lalbagh on the morning of November 2 at 8 AM against the tunnel road project.

Misinformation Campaign on Dharmasthala
The smear campaign against Dharmasthala is a government-sponsored program. Those spreading the misinformation must be punished, and the government should take appropriate action. Instead of raising questions about this in the media, DK Shivakumar should have questioned it in the cabinet meeting. He could have prevented the formation of the SIT earlier, he added.
Collections are being levied in the name of residential layouts and khata registrations. Commissions have been fixed for Occupancy Certificates (OC) and Completion Certificates (CC). No one can afford to build a house anymore. Development charges have been hiked to ₹4-5 lakh. Karnataka has turned into a mere collection center, he stated.
