Karnataka Law Society’s Gogte Institute of Technology is hosting first International Conference on Computational Techniques, Electronics and Mechanical Systems (CTEMS-2018) during 21-23 December 2018. The conference objective is to intensify the information exchange of the results in theoretical research and practical developments in the fields of Computational Techniques, Electronics and Mechanical systems. The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE.

The conference aims to bring together leading academicians, scientists, researchers and research scholars from India and abroad to share and exchange their research experiences and contributions on all aspects of electro-mechanical systems and computational intelligence.

The conference has received overwhelming response and nearly 300 papers were submitted for review. After a thorough review by panel consisting of distinguished academicians and researchers, more than 120 papers were selected for presentation during 3-day conference.

During the course of conference, apart from paper presentations from the research scholars and faculty from various parts of India, three keynote talks by internationally reputed researchers have been arranged. Prof. Dr. Alavaro Rocha from Portugal will be delivering the keynote address.  Other key speakers expected to deliver their expert talks are Dr.Suresh Borkar, Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, USA and Prof. Vivek S Deshpande, Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. The technical sessions are chaired by leading industrialists and academicians of international repute, thereby bringing in the key industrial participation to the conference.

One of the focus areas of the conference is to see quality research publications in the area of Interdisciplinary research in electro-mechanical systems and computational techniques. All the selected papers will be published in IEEE Explore Digital Library.

An increase in Research collaborations from various universities in India and abroad will be the expected outcome from the conference. Another focus area of the conference will be the interaction with Industry and Academia with the demonstration of Industrial products in the electro-mechanical systems.
