*ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ನುಂಗಣ್ಣಗಳ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಬಯಲು, ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ: ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ನುಂಗಣ್ಣಗಳ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 6,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹಗರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಐದು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಿಯೋ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಾದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ 40 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವೆಂದು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಅಂದಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರ ಸಂಘದವರು 80 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಗೂ ದೂರು ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೂ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಸಚಿವ ತಿಮ್ಮಾಪುರ ಅವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕೂಡ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಸಚಿವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಜನರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ 6,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನರ ಹಣ ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ವಿಬಿ ಜಿ ರಾಮ್ ಜಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಆಶಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಮದ್ಯದಂಗಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿತ್ತು. ರಘುಪತಿ ರಾಘವ ರಾಜಾರಂ ಎಂದಿದ್ದ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇರಿಸುವ ಬದಲು, ಇಂದಿರಾಗಾಂಧಿ, ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೇ ಇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಇವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೇ ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 470 ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಕಲಿ ಗಾಂಧಿಗಳು ಎಂದರು.
ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟು ಇಂದಿರಾಗಾಂಧಿ ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಬೋಫೋರ್ಸ್ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಕೋಲು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಬಾಂಬ್ ಹಾಕಿದವನನ್ನು ಬ್ರದರ್ಸ್ಗಳು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಕೆಂಡ ಕಾರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾರು ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮಿ, ಯಾರು ಯಾರ ಪರ ಎಂದು ಇದರಿಂದಲೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜನರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತುಹೋಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಡಿಕೆಶಿ-ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಾರ್ ಶುರು
ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ನಡುವಿನ ವಾರ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬದಲು ಕೇವಲ ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಕಾಳಗ ಕಂಡುಬರಲಿದೆ. ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಯ ಬದಲು ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಅವರೇ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಎಂದರೆ, ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮ್ಮಪ್ಪನೇ ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದು ಪವರ್ಲೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಜಿಬಿಎ ಚುನಾವಣೆ
ಜಿಬಿಎ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಾಳೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಾಸಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆದ್ದಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಗೆ ಜನರು ಕಪಾಳ ಮೋಕ್ಷ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಐದು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ಕುರಿತು ತಂತ್ರಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನವರು ತುಘಲಕ್ನಂತೆ ಎಡಬಿಡಂಗಿಗಳು. ಮತಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ಈಗ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಮತಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಯುವ ಬದಲು ಮತಯಂತ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನರು ಒಂದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾದರೆ ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಉನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬದಲು ಹೊಸಬರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಳಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬಳಿ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲ. ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಳ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ದ್ವೇಷ ಭಾಷಣ ಪ್ರತಿಬಂಧಕ ಮಸೂದೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲೇ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಾತನಾಡುವವರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು 67 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ತಿರುಪತಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಕೇಂದ್ರ. ತಿರುಪತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳಪೆ ತುಪ್ಪ ಬಳಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದ ಪಾವಿತ್ರ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರೇ ತಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ತಿಮರೋಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ತಿರುಪತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಲು ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹಣ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿದೇಶಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಕೈವಾಡ ಇರುವುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
