ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ: ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಶೇ.15ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಕಂಡರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಕೊಪ್ಪಳದ ಕಿರ್ಲೋಸ್ಕರ ಫೆರೋಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಆರ್.ವಿ.ಗುಮಾಸ್ತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅವರು ಗುರುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಫೌಂಡ್ರಿ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಹಣದುಬ್ಬರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಖರ್ಚು, ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸವಾಲು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಚಿನ್ನದ ದರ ಮಿತಿ ಮೀರಿ ಏರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದರ ಬೆಲೆಗಳೂ ಗಗನಕ್ಕೇರುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸವಾಲಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ 5 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಆದಾಯ ಎರಡುಪಟ್ಟು ಆಗಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ತವರು. ನಾವು ಓದುವಾಗ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ 7 ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಇಂದು 250ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಸಹಾಯಕವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟಿವೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಡಿ ಇಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕೊಲ್ಲಾಪುರದ ಮಯ್ಯೂರ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್ಸ್ ಚೇರಮನ್ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಡೊಳ್ಳಿ, ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ಕೊಲ್ಲಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಬೆಳೆಸಿದ ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ, 100 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ತುಂಬುವ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವು ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಎಕೆಪಿ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೌಂಡ್ರಿ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಚೇರಮನ್ ರಾಮ್ ಭಂಡಾರೆ, ಎಂಎಸ್ ಎಂಇ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬು. ಹೊಸ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಬೇಕು. ಇಂದು ಸರಕಾರಗಳ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನೊಂದಣಿ ಕೂಡ ಸರಳವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ನಾವು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸರಕಾರದ ನೀತಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವು ಸರಳೀಕರಣವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಸರಕಾರ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಬದಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ದೇಶ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಭಟ್, ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಈಗ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾರೂ ನಿರಾಶರಾಗಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸೋಣ. ನಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಯುವಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ದೂರ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅದಾಗಬಾರದು. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಸಿಗಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಿತಿನ್ ಲೇಂಗಡೆ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಜಿಡಿಪಿಗೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಐ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ. ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಒಡ್ಡುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Belagavi: In the current economic scenario, industries can succeed only if they achieve a minimum growth of 15% every year, said R.V. Gumaste, Managing Director of Kirloskar Ferrous, Koppal.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the award ceremony organized Thursday evening at the Foundry Cluster by the Belagavi District Small Industries Association.
Considering inflation and rising expenses, entrepreneurs are facing major challenges today, he said. The value of the rupee is declining, gold prices are soaring beyond limits, and the cost of everything is increasing. In the coming days, employment generation will become a major challenge. Therefore, our income must double every five years, he added.
Belagavi is a hub of industries. When we were studying, there were only seven engineering colleges in Karnataka; today there are more than 250. Such rapid growth can be clearly observed. Programs like this help entrepreneurs grow. There are plenty of opportunities, especially in the defense sector, and they must be utilized. One should move forward with big goals, he urged.
Guest Chandrashekhar Dolli, Chairman of Mayur Steels, Kolhapur, explained how he grew his business from humble beginnings in Hubballi to the level of paying ₹100 crore in income tax.
AKP Group and Foundry Cluster Chairman Ram Bhandare said MSMEs are the backbone of the Indian economy. Small industries must be strengthened through new technology. Today, a lot of time is wasted in complying with government regulations, and even registration is not simple. We must work together to bring these issues to the government’s attention, he said.
Government policies are not sufficiently supportive of small industries and need simplification. If regulations change, the country will grow, the state will grow, and Belagavi will grow, he added.
Joint Director of the District Industries Centre, Satyanarayana Bhat, said the situation has improved significantly compared to the past, and efforts are ongoing for further improvement. No one should feel discouraged; let us work together to bring change. Our department stands with you, he assured.
He also noted that many young people are moving away from their family businesses, which should not happen, as more opportunities will arise in the future.
Association President Nitin Lengade said small industries play a crucial role in the nation’s GDP. Digital markets and AI are growing rapidly, and entrepreneurs must adapt. Medium and small industries in Belagavi are growing strongly and competing in global markets, he said.
Satish Nerlekar delivered the introductory remarks, Sandeep Bagewadi introduced the guests, and Basavaraj Rampure proposed the vote of thanks.
