ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಮಿಶನ್ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಕಸ ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆಯ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ, ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರಾರ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರು ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ 39,437 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತರು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಸದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ದಿನ ಸಭೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಕಿಕ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಆ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ 30 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಈ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜನರ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಲೂಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಎಟಿಎಂ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತುರದಿಂದ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹಗರಣ ಬಯಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.
Government Awards Tender to Collect Commissions; Opposition Leader R. Ashok Files Complaint with Lokayukta
The Congress government is violating tender norms and awarding garbage processing tenders in order to collect commissions. Opposition Leader R. Ashok stated that a complaint has been filed with the Lokayukta against this.
After visiting the Lokayukta office and submitting the complaint to the Lokayukta Registrar, Ashok spoke to reporters. He said a complaint was filed with the Lokayukta institution regarding irregularities worth ₹39,437 crore in the Bengaluru solid waste management tender, and discussions were held. The Lokayukta has assured that immediate action will be taken. A meeting was also held at the Lokayukta office today regarding the garbage issue.
Ashok alleged that Congress leaders have received kickbacks in this scam. Although two committees were formed, their recommendations were not considered. The contract is being awarded in a manner favourable to contractors, with excessive payments and a 30-year contract period. He claimed that the Central and Karnataka Congress are jointly involved in this corruption.
Due to this irregularity, the tax money of Bengaluru’s citizens is being looted. This issue will also be raised in the Legislative Assembly and a fight will be taken up, he said. The Karnataka Congress High Command has turned the state into an ATM. The Chief Minister himself has hurriedly signed off on this. It is clear that the government is working in favour of one company. Ashok alleged that the biggest scam has come to light within just one week of DK Shivakumar becoming Chief Minister.
