*2026-27ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಧನ ವಿನಿಯೋಗ ವಿಧೇಯಕ: 7042.69 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಪೂರಕ ಅಂದಾಜು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗೆ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಾಲಿನ (2026-27) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಧನ ವಿನಿಯೋಗ ವಿಧೇಯಕದ ಅಡಿ ಪೂರಕ ಅಂದಾಜುಗಳ 7,042.69 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೊತ್ತದ ಮೊದಲನೆ ಕಂತಿನ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ದೊರೆಯಿತು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 4,324.35 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ರಾಜಸ್ವ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಿದ್ದು, 2718.35 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಂಡವಾಳ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬರದಿಂದ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಜಲಧಾರೆ- ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ತಲಾ 1 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ನಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 289 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಬಂಡವಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಪೂರಕ ಅಂದಾಜುಗಳ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಫಾರ್ ರೋಜ್ ಗಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ 2,918 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು, ಭಾರತ್ ಜೋಡೋ ಯುವ ಸಂಘಗಳಿಗೆ 781 ರೂ., ಅಮೃತ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 708 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ., ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮೋಟರ್ ವಾಹನ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ 193.61 ಕೋಟಿ, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಭಾರತ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ 152.72 ಕೋಟಿ, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆವಾಸ್ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಯೋಜನೆ 93 ಕೋಟಿ, ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಜಲನಿಗಮ 91 ಕೋಟಿ, ಕೆಕೆಆರ್ ಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಖರೀದಿ ಅನುದಾನ 96 ಕೋಟಿ ಇತರೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ 738 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
Supplementary budget estimates proposal of Rs 7042.69 crore under the Karnataka Appropriation Bill for the year 2026-27in Legislature
Bengaluru, Aug. 24: In both houses of the legislature, approval was granted for the first installment proposal of supplementary budget estimates amounting to Rs 7042.69 crore under the Karnataka Appropriation Bill for the year 2026-27.
Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar tabled the proposal in both houses of the state legislature on Monday.
Out of this, Rs 4324.35 crore is revenue expenditure, and Rs 2718.35 crore is capital expenditure. This proposal includes a total grant of Rs 289 crore—at Rs 1 crore each per rural assembly constituency under Jaladhare—to provide drinking water to people suffering from drought, as well as the release of Rs 1,000 crore in infrastructure capital for road development in Bengaluru city.
The supplementary estimates proposal presented by the Chief Minister includes Rs 2,918 crore for the Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar scheme, Rs 781 crore for Bharat Jodo Youth Clubs, Rs 708 crore under the AMRUT scheme, Rs 193.61 crore for government motor vehicle tax equity share modification for Road Transport Corporations, Rs 152.72 crore for the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission, Rs 93 crore for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), Rs 91 crore for Visvesvaraya Jala Nigam, Rs 96 crore grant for KKRTC bus purchases, and Rs 738 crore for other projects, all of which received approval in both houses.
