ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಮರು ಎಣಿಕೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವು ಇಡೀ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೇ ಮಾರಕ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟರಮಟ್ಟಿಗಿನ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಗಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಎಣಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
“ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲು, ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ. ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ವಿಚಾರ. ನಾವು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಇದೊಂದು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಚಿನ ರೀತಿ ನಡೆದಿದ. ನಮಗೆ ಅನುಮಾನ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ ಎಣಿಕೆ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಮಗೆ ಮತ ಬಿದ್ದ ಬ್ಯಾಲೆಟ್ ಪೇಪರ್ ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಂಡಲ್ ಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಹೇಗಾಯಿತು” ಎಂದರು.
“ಇಂತಹವರಿಗೆ ಮತ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತೋರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದಾಖಲೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಎಣಿಕೆಯಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂಡಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಸೀಲ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಾದ ನಂತರ ಬಂಡಲ್ ತೆಗೆದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗುರುತು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಅದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಣಿಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆದೇಶ ತಂದು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
“ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ತನಿಖೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಬಳಿಯೂ ದಾಖಲೆಯಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮರುಎಣಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಮತ ಬಿದ್ದ ಕಡೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
“ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಿಟರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗಮನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಂಕದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ” ಎಂದರು.
“ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಯಕರೊಬ್ಬರು ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಮತಪತ್ರವನ್ನೇ ನುಂಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಗುರುತು ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎಸಗಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಶಾಂತನಗೌಡ ಅವರ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸೌಮ್ಯ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು 12 ಮತಗಳ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದು ಇನ್ನು ಎಣಿಕೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಣಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತಪತ್ರಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ದರುಪಯೋಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಆರೋಪದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಮೊದಲು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜೊತೆ ವಿಲೀನ ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೋ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ನೋಡೋಣ” ಎಂದರು.

Did not expect such criminal minds in BJP
Bengaluru, May 4: Saying that the results of the recounting of Sringeri assembly constituency was a dangerous trend for the country, Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said he had not imagined there would be such criminal minds in the BJP.
Speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence, he said, “Wins and losses are normal in a democracy. But what has happened here is a conspiracy. It is extremely shocking. We will conduct an investigation into this at the government level. We will also fight this legally,” he said.
“This resembles an international conspiracy. If we had any suspicion, we would have gone to the Supreme Court. Here, the ballot boxes were opened and some people were used to mark additional symbols on ballot papers that had votes cast in our favour. After all the bundles were declared valid, how did this change happen?” he said.
“Every vote would have been shown to everyone, indicating who it was cast for. This would also have been recorded on camera. After all counting is done, the bundles are placed inside and sealed. After this, the bundles were reopened and another mark was made. Then, through a court order, it was arranged that only those altered votes should be counted — and this is how it was done,” he said.
“A major investigation must be conducted into this. Everyone had signed off that the previous result was correct. The Election Commission also has the records. But there has been a change in the recount. Where a vote was cast for one person, a mark has been added for another. A complaint has also been filed regarding this,” he said.
“The Returning Officer should have sent the result to the court. The officer concerned observed all of this. This is a case of disgrace for the entire state,” he said.
“Earlier, a leader had swallowed the ballot paper itself during a cooperative election. Here too, extra marks have been made, officials have been misused, and illegal acts have been committed. The matter of Gayatri Shantanagowda keeps getting blocked in court. Sowmya Reddy lost by a margin of 12 votes. That has still not been counted. How will that counting happen?” he said.
When asked about the JDS allegation that using ballot papers in local body elections leads to misuse, he said, “Let us first see whether they contest the elections or merge with the BJP.”
