ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆರಂಭೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ನೂತನ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ನ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಈ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ರೋಶನ್, ಇಂದಿನ ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ, ರೊಬೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್, ಮೆಷಿನ್ ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಂತಹ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಅರಿವು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ದೊರೆತರೆ ಅವರು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಲು ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಕೃಷಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಎಐ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಬಳಸುವವರಾಗಿರದೆ, ಹೊಸ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಜೈನ್ ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಎಕಾನಮಿ ಮಿಷನ್ (KDEM) ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ, ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಎಐ, ರೊಬೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಇಂದಿನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೈನ್ ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದು ನೆರವಾಗಲಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಖ್ಯಾತ ವೈದ್ಯೆ ಡಾ. ಮಾಧುರಿ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ, ಜೈನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಕಟವಟೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಆ್ಯಮಿ ದೋಶಿ, ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯೆ ರೋಹಿಣಿ ಕೆ.ಬಿ., ಆಲ್ಫೇಶ್ ಜೈನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ರೋಬೋಟ್ಗಳಿಂದ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತ
ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆರಂಭೋತ್ಸವದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಆವರಣವನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿ ರೋಬೋಟ್ಗಳು ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದವು. ರೋಬೋಟ್ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು.
ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಮಾದರಿಗಳು, ರೊಬೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಕಿಟ್ಗಳು, ಕೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಟೊಮೇಷನ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಾಧನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವ ನೀಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಜೈನ್ ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನ ಈ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಮಹತ್ವದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

State-of-the-Art Facility to Empower Students with Future-Ready Skills
Belagavi, June 1: In a significant step towards promoting technology-driven education, an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Innovation and Skill Lab established at Jain Heritage School, Udyambag, was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Mohammed Roshan on Monday.
The inauguration was held as part of the school’s annual opening ceremony. The Deputy Commissioner toured the facility, interacted with students and faculty members, and appreciated the school’s initiative in introducing cutting-edge technology to young learners.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohammed Roshan said that Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine Learning, and digital technologies have become integral to modern life and will play a defining role in the future. He emphasized that early exposure to such technologies would help students develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to compete successfully in a rapidly evolving global environment.
“AI and robotics are no longer optional; they are becoming essential across every sector. Students who gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas today will be better prepared for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow. Such innovation labs not only benefit individual learners but also contribute significantly to the development of society and the nation,” he said.
The Deputy Commissioner commended Jain Heritage School for establishing a world-class facility and providing students in Belagavi with access to emerging technologies at an early stage of their education.
Venkatesh Deshpande, Cluster Manager of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), said that the lab would open new horizons for students by introducing them to next-generation technologies. He noted that innovation-focused learning environments help nurture creativity, technical competence, and entrepreneurial thinking among young minds.
“By setting up this advanced facility, Jain Heritage School has created an ecosystem where students can explore, experiment, and innovate. This exposure will help them excel in a highly competitive and technology-driven world,” he said.
The newly established lab is equipped with modern tools and resources related to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, Automation, and Innovation-based learning, offering students hands-on experience and practical exposure to emerging technologies.
The event was attended by renowned physician Dr. Madhuri Dixit, Jain Group Director Shraddha Katavate, Chief Administrative Officer Amy Doshi, Principal Rohini K.B., Alfesh Jain, faculty members, parents, and distinguished guests.

बेळगाव, १ जून : तंत्रज्ञानाधारित शिक्षणाला चालना देण्यासाठी शहरातील उद्यमबाग येथील जैन हेरिटेज स्कूलमध्ये उभारण्यात आलेल्या अत्याधुनिक कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) आधारित इनोव्हेशन अँड स्किल लॅबचे उद्घाटन जिल्हाधिकारी मोहम्मद रोशन यांच्या हस्ते सोमवारी करण्यात आले.
शाळेच्या प्रारंभोत्सवानिमित्त आयोजित कार्यक्रमात जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी लॅबची सविस्तर पाहणी केली. तेथील आधुनिक तांत्रिक सुविधा, विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आलेली प्रयोगशील साधने आणि नाविन्यपूर्ण शिक्षण पद्धती पाहून त्यांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले.
यावेळी बोलताना जिल्हाधिकारी मोहम्मद रोशन म्हणाले की, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, रोबोटिक्स, मशीन लर्निंग आणि डिजिटल तंत्रज्ञान हे आजच्या काळातील अत्यावश्यक घटक बनले आहेत. विद्यार्थ्यांना लहान वयातच या तंत्रज्ञानाची ओळख आणि प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव मिळाल्यास ते भविष्यात जागतिक स्तरावर यशस्वीपणे स्पर्धा करू शकतील.
“एआय आणि रोबोटिक्स हे भविष्यातील जगाचे प्रमुख आधारस्तंभ आहेत. शिक्षण क्षेत्रात या तंत्रज्ञानाचा समावेश करणे ही काळाची गरज आहे. अशा प्रकारच्या आधुनिक लॅबमुळे विद्यार्थी केवळ तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करणारे न राहता नवे संशोधन आणि नवकल्पना करणारे बनतील. समाज आणि देशाच्या विकासातही अशा उपक्रमांचे मोठे योगदान राहणार आहे,” असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
बेळगावातील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी अशा जागतिक दर्जाच्या सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिल्याबद्दल त्यांनी जैन हेरिटेज स्कूलचे कौतुक केले.
कर्नाटक डिजिटल इकॉनॉमी मिशन (KDEM) चे क्लस्टर मॅनेजर वेंकटेश देशपांडे यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाशी जोडण्यासाठी ही लॅब महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावेल, असे सांगितले.
“या अत्याधुनिक लॅबमुळे विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी नव्या संधींची दारे खुली झाली आहेत. सर्जनशीलता, नवोन्मेषी विचारसरणी आणि तांत्रिक कौशल्ये विकसित करण्यासाठी हे व्यासपीठ उपयुक्त ठरेल. भविष्यातील स्पर्धात्मक युगात मोठी कामगिरी करण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांना याचा निश्चितच फायदा होईल,” असे ते म्हणाले.
या लॅबमध्ये एआय, रोबोटिक्स, कोडिंग, ऑटोमेशन आणि इनोव्हेशन-आधारित शिक्षणासाठी आवश्यक असलेली आधुनिक साधने आणि तांत्रिक सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रत्यक्ष प्रयोगांद्वारे शिक्षण घेण्याची संधी मिळणार आहे.
कार्यक्रमाला प्रसिद्ध वैद्यकीय तज्ज्ञ डॉ. माधुरी दीक्षित, जैन ग्रुपच्या संचालिका श्रद्धा कटवटे, मुख्य प्रशासकीय अधिकारी अॅमी दोशी, प्राचार्या रोहिणी के. बी., अल्फेश जैन तसेच शिक्षक, पालक आणि मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.
रोबोट्सकडून पाहुण्यांचे स्वागत
प्रारंभोत्सवानिमित्त शाळेचा परिसर आकर्षक सजावटीने नटविण्यात आला होता. कार्यक्रमाचे विशेष आकर्षण म्हणजे रोबोट्सनी विद्यार्थ्यांचे आणि पाहुण्यांचे केलेले स्वागत. रोबोट्ससोबत संवाद साधताना विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मोठा उत्साह पाहायला मिळाला.
शिक्षण आणि तंत्रज्ञानाचा संगम घडवून आणणारा हा उपक्रम विद्यार्थ्यांना भविष्यकालीन कौशल्यांनी सक्षम करण्यास मदत करेल, असा विश्वास उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी व्यक्त केला. जैन हेरिटेज स्कूलचा हा उपक्रम बेळगावातील शैक्षणिक क्षेत्रासाठी एक महत्त्वाचा टप्पा मानला जात आहे.
