ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೆಎಲ್ಎಸ್ ಗೋಗಟೆ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ (ಕೆಎಲ್ಎಸ್ ಜಿಐಟಿ), ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಕೇಶನ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಅನ್ಮಯಾ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ (MoU) ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವು ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ವೈರ್ಲೆಸ್ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಕೇಶನ್, ವಿಎಲ್ಎಸ್ಐ, ಎಂಬೆಡೆಡ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ-ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಹಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕೆಎಲ್ಎಸ್ ಜಿಐಟಿ, ಅನ್ಮಯಾ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಂಬೆಡೆಡ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ಸ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಫಲಪ್ರದ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಲಾಭದಾಯಕ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
KLS GIT Signs MoU with Anmaya Technologies to Strengthen Semiconductor Education and Industry Collaboration
Pragativahini News, Belagavi : Reinforcing its commitment to preparing students for the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT), Belagavi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anmaya Technologies on 30 June 2026.
The MoU aims to strengthen industry-academia collaboration by creating meaningful opportunities for students and faculty in the fields of Semiconductor Technology, Wireless Communication, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and related domains.
As part of the collaboration, the MoU will facilitate:
- Faculty exchange programmes.
- Skill enhancement initiatives in Wireless Communication, VLSI, and Embedded Systems.
- Remote laboratory access to enrich teaching pedagogy and promote experiential learning.
- Student internships and industry-oriented projects.
- Collaborative learning through real-time industry use cases.
The partnership is expected to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing students with hands-on exposure to emerging technologies and contemporary engineering practices.
The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dr. Vijay Athavale, Principal, KLS GIT; Mr. N. J. Hariprasad, CEO and Founder, Anmaya Technologies; Mr. Shreyas N., Director – Embedded Systems, Anmaya Technologies; Dr. Uttam Deshpande, Head, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering; Dr. Supriya Shanbhag, Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering; along with faculty members of the department.
