Praja Vedike building demolished as Revenge politics rages in Andhra

The revenge politics in Andhra Pradesh state politics has raised its ugly head again the auditorium built by former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been demolished. The auditorium was built adjacent to the house of Chandrababu Naidu at the cost of Rs. 5 crore.
New Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy had alleged that the building was built illegally and had warned that it would be demolished. TDP had said that it would approach the court against the demolition. Chnadrababu is living in the house built on the river bank. The house belonged to a private person and government had taken it on the lease. Later it was converted into the home office of CM Naidu.
Later Naidu had built an auditorium called Praja Vedika beside the house and the government had ordered its demolition as it was an illegal construction.
Naidu had written a letter to the government to allow him to use it for some more days. The security provided to Naidu family was withdrawn on Tuesday.
