Suresh Angadi, MP from Belagavi met Venkaih Naidu, Vice President of India on Thursday at the inspection bungalow here.
VP is in Belagavi to participate in the 9th Convocation ceremony of KLE university. He had arrived at Belagavi on wedensday night.
Angadi informed Pragativahini that the discussion was held with Venkaih Naidu about the Smart City scheme which was sanction for Belagavi when Naidu was the Urban development minister in the centre. Naidu reportedly enquired about the progress of the scheme, it is said
