Eight from Belagavi Dist Killed in Road Mishap at Hyderabad

Since the construction work was stopped due to lockdown, the construction labourers from Belagavi, Raichur and Vijayapur districts were returning in a passenger tempo. A lorry laden with mangoes hit it.

In spite, prevented public as well vehicle movements on the road many including the two vehicles met accident on the roads.

Three women from Gudas in Hukkeri taluk were killed and three others injured when a speeding jeep run over on them on Pune-Bengaluru national highway on Saturday. There was vehicle movement on roads including state and national highways in the district though there is a “lockdown”. Since vehicle movement is less vehicles are moving in high speed on the roads.
