Pragativahini News, Belagavi : An employee attached to health department who was on duty by beaten by a police constable for roaming on the roads on two-wheeler.
Basavaraj Dollin who was on duty was moving on his bike on a road at Gandhi nagar on Saturday afternoon. Police Constable who was assigned to prevent public movement outside due to lockdown beat Dollin with the stick on his back.
Dollin was beaten despite showing his identity card. Shocked with the incident, Dollin felt unconscious and has been admitted at a private hospital.
