S.G. Balekundri Institute of Technology Belagavi, Training and Placement Cell Organized a Talk on IT Industry Expectations from Freshers.
Rajeev Kulkarni, GM and Head – Fulfillment & Talent Management, Wipro Bengaluru was Chief Guest cum Speaker, addressed students & faculty.
In his address, He asked students to be creative and try to identify the problems of the industries or any social problems and come up with the solutions. Today specifically IT industry expects the fresh graduates to be ready to work on projects. He also stressed on a continuous change in the technology, every year there is a new technology coming in and the older getting outdated.
Mr. Rajeev said to survive and sustain in the industry students should be always in the learning mode and get updated as and when the new technology comes in.
Dr. Tontad Siddharama Swamiji felicitated the Speaker Mr. Rajeev Kulkarni. Principal, Dr. Sidramappa V. Itti addressed the gathering and told students to attend such talks of the learned people from Industries to understand the latest trends in the industry to keep themselves updated.
