ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ರೈತ ಮಂಜೇಗೌಡ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರ ಕಾರಣ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ರೈತರು ಸಾಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಯಸುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ರೈತರು ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಬೆಳೆ ಹಾನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಿಗಲ್ಲ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ರೈತರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕಡಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ರೈತ ಮಂಜೇಗೌಡ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್‌ ಸುರಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಚಿನ್ನಾಭರಣ ಅಡಮಾನ ಇಟ್ಟು 11 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉಳುಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟರೆ ಅರಣ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಈ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯೇ ಕಾರಣ. ಸಿಎಂ ಕುರ್ಚಿಯ ಮ್ಯೂಸಿಕಲ್‌ ಚೇರ್‌ ಆಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಜನರ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಬೀದಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ರೈತರ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆರೆ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಾವರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಯಾವ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಹುಲ್‌ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ನೆಲ ಡೊಂಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮತಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅವರೇ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿ ಈಗ ಅವರೇ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮತ ಕಳ್ಳತನವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ 136 ಸೀಟುಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಂತು? ಮಾಲೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮೊತ್ತ ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಶೇ.60 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಮಿಶನ್‌ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ತುಪ್ಪದ ದರವನ್ನು 90 ರೂ. ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಲ್ಕೋಹಾಲ್‌, ಹಾಲಿನ ದರ ಏರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ತುಪ್ಪದ ದರವನ್ನೂ ಏರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈವರೆಗೆ 65,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನಷ್ಟು ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಪಾಪಿಗಳ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಂದರು.
