ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮಲತಾಯಿ ಧೋರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಂಸದರು, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರು ಯಾರೂ ದನಿ ಎತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಟಕ್ಕುಂಟು ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವಂತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಸರ್ಕಿಟ್ ಹೌಸ್ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನೇ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಭದ್ರಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ 5,300 ಕೋಟಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿವಿದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಗರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡೋಣ
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ತಿಮ್ಮಾಪುರ ಅವರ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ,“ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರ ಹಗರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಸಹ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಂತಹ ಅನೇಕ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿವೆ. ನಾವು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡೋಣ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಏನೋ ಒಂದು ಬೇಕಲ್ಲ ಅವರಿಗೆ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಗಿಯಲಿ” ಎಂದರು.
ನರೇಗಾ ರಹಿತ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಿಲ್ಲ
ಮನರೇಗಾ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ “ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನರೇಗಾ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಲಾಪ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಬಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ್ ಜಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಾವು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈಗಿರುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ನಾಲ್ಕೈದು ತಿಂಗಳು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯದ ಕಾಲ. ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಅವರವರ ಕೂಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದರೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಏನೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾನವ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು 125 ದಿನಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕೆಲಸ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದೊಂದು ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 1- 1.5 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜಾಬ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರಿಗೂ ನಷ್ಟ” ಎಂದರು.
ಮಂಗನ ಖಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.

Removing MGNREGA scheme doesn’t benefit
Shivamogga, Jan 30: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said that the BJP MPs haven’t raised their voice against the Centre though the State is being given a step motherly treatment.
Speaking to reporters at the Circuit House, he said, “The BJP MPs are behaving like also rans. They don’t speak up against the Centre.”
Asked what he expected from the Union budget, he said, The Centre hasn’t kept its word. They promised Rs 5300 crore in the Union budget a few years ago but haven’t released any funds.”
Let’s expose BJP’s scams
Asked about BJP’s poster campaign and demand for resignation of Excise minister R B Thimmapur, he said, “We have also exposed many of BJP’s scams. There are many allegations against them including Covid scam. Let’s expose those scams. They are doing campaigns for the sake of politics. Let the investigations ge t over.”
No one benefits from removing MGNREGA
Asked about extending the special session on MGNREGA, he said, “The CM has made his points on MGNREGA. The Speaker has said that it needs to be placed before the Business Advisory Committee before taking a decision. We will present our case for scrapping VBGRAMG scheme. No state can implement it in the current conditions. The next 4-5 months are time for cultivation and farmers would been benefited by MGNREGA scheme. Removing this scheme is not helping anyone. Each panchayat is losing Rs 1 to 1.5 crore.”
Asked if the government would pay compensation to those who died due to monkey fever, he said he would look into it.
