*AI ಯುಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಎಸ್ ಜಿಐಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭವ್ಯ ಎಐ ಕಾನ್ಕ್ಲೇವ್*

ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ (AI) ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಹಾಗೂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ತಂದಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, Karnataka Law Society ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ KLS Gogte Institute of Technology ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಶನಿವಾರ “Engineering 2.0: AI Redefining Careers” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಭವ್ಯ ಎಐ ಕಾನ್ಕ್ಲೇವ್‌ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು, ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ತಜ್ಞರು, ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರು, ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು, ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೋಷಕರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ ಅಥವಳೆ ಅವರು, “ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಬದ್ಧ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಎಸ್ ಜಿಐಟಿ ಈ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ಗೆ ಕರೆಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೈಜ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಕೆಲವು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎಐ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾನ್ಕ್ಲೇವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ತಜ್ಞರು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮೈಕ್ರೋಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ನ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಸೂರ್ಯಕಾಂತ್ ಮುತ್ನಾಳ್ “ಕ್ಲೌಡ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐ ಬಳಕೆ” ಕುರಿತು, ಕಾಗ್ನಿಜಂಟ್‌ನ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ರಾವ್ “ಟೆಕ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐಯ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮ” ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಸಂಜೆಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೋಷಕರು ಡಾ. ಅಥವಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ವರೂಪ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐ ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಾಖೆಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಜ್ಞರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. “AI for All Branches” ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಎಸ್ ಜಿಐಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಯುಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ಅಥವಳೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
