*ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿಂತ ಟಿವಿಕೆ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲಿ: ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಸವಾಲು*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿವಿಕೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಎಂಕೆ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ಚೂರಿ ಹಾಕಿದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಟಿವಿಕೆ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ಟಿವಿಕೆ ಪಕ್ಷ ಈಗ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಲು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಧೈರ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಟಿವಿಕೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಡಬಲ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಡರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡು ನಾಲಿಗೆ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇರುವವರೆಗೂ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವರು ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ಮತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೇಷನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಬೋಗಸ್ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕುತಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 1.20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲವಿದ್ದು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಡ್ಡಿ ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಕೂಡ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಳ ಕೂಡ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪಾಪರ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದೇ ಅರ್ಥ ಎಂದರು.
ಮಳೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬರ ಶುರುವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಮುಂದೆ ಹಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇವು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇವು ನೀಡುವ ಬಿಡದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೇಔಟ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳ ಕೊರತೆಗೆ ಏನು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಆಡಳಿತದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏನೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಅಡ್ಡ ಮತದಾನ
ಅಡ್ಡ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸತ್ಯ ಹೊರಬರಲಿದೆ. ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಚೂರಿ ಹಾಕಿದ ಖದೀಮರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಡ್ಡ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಯಾರೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯ ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋಟ್ಯಂತರ ಹಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನದ ವಿಚಾರ ಹೊರಬರಲಿದೆ. ಮತದಾನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು, ಯಾರು ಯಾರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಾಯಕರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೂ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ವಾರ ಬಂದು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಾಯಕರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಗೂ ಇದರಿಂದ ಬೇಸರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಥವಾ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ನಿಂದ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಲ. ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವವರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಡ್ಡ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿರುವವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru, June 19: The TVK party’s government in Tamil Nadu has taken a decision opposing the Mekedatu project. Opposition Leader R. Ashok has now challenged the Congress party to withdraw its support to TVK.
Speaking to reporters, he said: “The Congress, which stabbed the DMK in the back, has now joined hands with TVK. The same TVK party has now decided that it will not allow the Mekedatu project to be implemented. If the Congress has the courage, it should withdraw the support given to TVK. Otherwise, Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar should accept that he follows double standards and is two-faced. As long as the Congress government is in power, the Mekedatu project cannot be implemented.”
He criticised that the Congress’s padayatra was only for votes.
The Congress government is slashing ration cards and reducing the number of beneficiaries under the guarantee schemes. There is also large-scale bogus enrolment in the free electricity scheme, he alleged. A conspiracy has been hatched to remove around 20 lakh beneficiaries. The state has a debt of ₹1.20 lakh crore and is unable to even pay the interest on it. Salaries to employees are also not being paid. Pensions have not been disbursed for the past four months. Not paying pensions means the government has become bankrupt, he said.
Due to deficient rainfall, drought is about to begin. Soon there will be no fodder for cattle. At such a time, the government is proceeding with layouts in the very places meant for providing fodder. It is not clear what plan they have to tackle the shortage of food grains in the state. Siddaramaiah knew administration, but Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar only knows politics and knows nothing about administration, he remarked.
Cross-voting
A lot of information has emerged regarding cross-voting. A committee has been formed in this regard and the truth will come out. Action will be taken against those who have stabbed the party in the back. It will take some time to identify who indulged in cross-voting. Some people have taken money and voted. Crores of rupees and the issue of grants will come to light. Information is being collected on who was where during voting and with whom they spoke. This matter has also been brought to the attention of central leaders. Central leaders have asked to meet them next week. We will submit a report at that time.
We discussed this with Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and he too is upset about it. We will give a proper answer to this. We are not saying it was done by the BJP or JD(S). We will find out who cheated. We will ensure that those who indulged in cross-voting do not become legislators again, he said.
