Suresh Angadi, BJP candidate from Belagavi Lok Sabha constituency has lodged a complaint with Election Commission against Congress candidate V S Sadhunavar. Angadi in his complaint has alleged that Sadhunavar has posted defamatory writing against him in the social media.
In this backdrop the EC has issued a notice to Sadhunavar and directed him to reply immediately. In case of failure to reply to the notice suitable action will be taken against him (Sadhunavar) the EC warned.
