Tigadolli villagers may launch protest demanding the supply of the drinking water.

With the drinking water crisis hunting the Kittur area a social worker is supplying the people drinking water to the needy people in Tigadolli village.
Chanabasappa Mallashetty, a farmer is the man behind this charity. He is supplying the drinking water in his own tanker. He is being helped by Shridhar Kalasannanavar, Chennayya PallakShavi, Revayya Turamundi are doing this service for last two years. They are supplying water thrice in a week. This idea came in to the mind of these people because of the apathy shown by the Gram Panchayat officials.
Though there are pure drinking water units in Tigadolli and Nayitegur villages they are not in working position because of the mismanagement. As a result, people of Tigadolli village had to go to Kittur town to bring drinking water.
Reacting to this Mahantesh Doddagoudar said that he has directed the GP officials to submit the report regarding the drinking water problem in the village. He said that once he receives s the report the problem will be solved. If any farmer is willing to provide water on rent basis the GP officials have been asked to buy water from them. But the villagers are not happy by this. They are planning to protest against the apathy of the public representatives and the officials it is said.
