The Belagavi district Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Committee had arranged the signature campaign in Gogate Engineering College hereto create awareness about the voting among the young voters.
Thousands of the students and the lecturers vowed to cast their votes compulsorily in the upcoming Lok Sabha election. Bookmark has been distributed among the students. Ravi Bhajantri, Assistant district SVEEP officer, P P Deshpande Taluk Planning Officer, Basanal, Accounts officer of Zilla Panchayat and members of district SVEEP committee were present.
