ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ: ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ತರಬೇತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ಐ ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟಿ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (ISPL), ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ (KTA), ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ನಡುವೆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ (MOU) ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 14ರಂದು ಐಎಸ್ಪಿಎಲ್ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಎಸ್ಪಿಎಲ್ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಕನಂಗೋ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಕರ್ನಲ್ ಮೋಹನ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರು ಎಂಒಯುಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಈ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯಡಿ ವಿವಿಧ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ತರಬೇತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವತ್ತಲೂ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಐಎಸ್ಪಿಎಲ್ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಡಿಜಿಸಿಎ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಡಿ ಡ್ರೋನ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಗತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಜತೆಗೆ, ಐಎಸ್ಪಿಎಲ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ದೈಹಿಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ವಸತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವಸತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾಗಳಂತಹ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ನಿಯಮಿತ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಗಮನ ನೀಡಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವವು ಉತ್ತಮ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
ISPL and Kartavya Training Academy Sign MOU to Provide Quality Defence Training
Belagavi: Indianeye Security Private Limited (ISPL), Belagavi, and Kartavya Training Academy (KTA), Belagavi, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide quality training, education and guidance to candidates aspiring to join the defence services.
The MOU was signed on August 14, 2026, at the ISPL campus by Shri Rahul Kanungo, Vice President, ISPL, and Shri Mohan Naik, Director of Kartavya Training Academy and a retired Colonel.
Under the agreement, KTA will provide aspiring candidates with opportunities for quality education and comprehensive training for various defence-related requirements. The programme will focus not only on preparing candidates for competitive and qualifying examinations but also on developing discipline, physical fitness, confidence and a strong sense of responsibility as citizens of the country.
ISPL has established itself in the field of defence training and also provides drone-related training under DGCA registration. With its experience and expertise, the organisation will support candidates in their overall preparation and career development.
The candidates will undergo both theoretical classes and intensive physical training under the guidance of experienced former defence personnel associated with ISPL. Special emphasis will be placed on discipline, physical fitness and overall personality development.
During the three-month training programme, candidates will also be provided safe accommodation and nutritious food. Separate accommodation arrangements will be made for female candidates, along with enhanced security measures, including CCTV cameras.
Regular assessments will be conducted to monitor the progress of the candidates. Those who require additional support or are found to be lagging behind will be given special attention and guidance to help them improve.
The initiative is expected to provide a structured and comprehensive platform for young aspirants seeking to build a career in the defence sector.
