Despite ruling India for more than 6 decades the successive Congress government did nothing in irrigation and BJP government will establish a Water resource ministry in the centre in the coming days, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing a mammoth rally at Chikkodi on Thursday Modi said that BJP government in the centre has introduced several pro-farmer schemes and more will be introduced in the coming days he said. A pension scheme will be introduced for the farmers above 60 years he said.
